We decided to make dinner at home for Valentine's. I don't think it's worth it to go out during Valentine's Day - restaurants are over packed, and food/service quality decreases because it's so busy... so we decided to postpone our night out by a couple of weeks :)

| I don't have cookware that can go from stove top to oven... so we started cooking in the frying pan before transferring it into this Le Creuset dish and throwing everything in the oven (Side note: No I was not that idiot who bought this dish for 100$ - I got this at Winners for 24.99$ - best deal ever) |

The recipe was very delicious and super easy to follow/make. I highly recommend it! :) The only downside is that the recipe serves 8... so I had it eat it three days in a row... but it was so yummy that it was worth it!
